MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
held on Wednesday, July 12 at 7:30 PM

Mayor Ceriello led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
A Motion to Open the Public Meeting was made by Trustee Im, seconded by Deputy Mayor D’Angelo, and called to Order by Mayor Ceriello at 7:36 pm and approved by all.
Fence Application – 214 Abbey Road/Sanni Residence
Mayor Ceriello made a motion to approve a replacement fence around the pool with 54” high aluminum pool code fence including gate, seconded by Deputy Mayor D’Angelo, and approved by all.
Regrading Application – 48 Blackburn/Pescatore Residence
Mayor Ceriello made a motion to approve the regrading of the rear yard application for
48 Blackburn Lane, seconded by Trustee LiCalzi and approved by all.
MINUTES
A motion to approve the minutes for the June 14, 2023, Board of Trustees meeting was made by Mayor Ceriello, Seconded by Trustee Williams and approved by all.
FINANCIAL REPORT
· Deputy Mayor D’Angelo reported that the Village’s tax revenue has been received. The Building Report notes that between June 1, 2022, to July 6, 2023, a total of 20 permits have been issued totaling $21,724.00 in Building Permit Fees.
RENOVATION OF VILLAGE HALL
Trustee LiCalzi made a motion to allow the Mayor authority to negotiate the lowest bid received from Iannaccone Home Improvement, seconded by Deputy Mayor D’Angelo and approved by all.
Motion to close the Board of Trustees Public Meeting was made by Mayor Ceriello seconded by Trustee Williams and approved by all at 8:02 PM.
