The hearing will be on the appeals of:

1.    BZA #333 / 1-2025

KIR Munsey Park 020 LLC, aka KIMCO, located at 2101 Northern Boulevard designated as Section 3, Block 178, Lot 78 on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County.

The variance is to erect signs on the building contrary to Section 200-40 (1)(b) of the Village Code whereas only one sign is permitted facing a street and the following are proposed; (5) facing Northern Boulevard and (2) facing Port Washington Boulevard, (3) facing the building rear; and Section 200-40 (8) whereas all signs shall have white background with black letters.
