The hearing will be on the appeals of:

1.    BZA #331 / 2024

Mr. & Mrs. Healy of 77 Stuart Place, in said Village, designated as Section 3, Block 109, Lot 10 on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County.

 The variance is to construct a 1 story addition on the west side of 77 Stuart Place contrary to Section 200-17(d) of the Munsey Park Village Code in that an OSR of a minimum 2.0 is required and 1.96 is proposed.

 2.     BZA #332 / 2024

KIR Munsey Park 020 LLC (aka Kimco) located at 2101 Northern Boulevard, in said Village, designated as Section 3, Block 178, Lot 78, on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County.

 The variance is to construct an exterior freight elevator on the West side of 2103 Northern Boulevard contrary to the following sections of the Village Code:

  •  200-25 where the maximum permitted height is 30 feet and 35.03 feet is proposed,

  • 200-26 where the maximum FAR permitted is 0.33 and 0.76 is proposed, and

  • 200-27A where a minimum side yard of 50 feet is required and 29.63 feet is proposed.
