We hope everyone fared safely through last night's storm.
Eakins Road between Park Avenue and Ryder Road is closed due to down power lines and a tree blocking the road.
Allston Place is also closed due to down wires. It should be assumed that these wires are LIVE and should be avoided at all costs. PSEG is aware of the situation as are the police.
The Village will waive permit fees for pruning and / or removal of trees that were damaged in Friday's or yesterday's storms. A picture of the damaged tree will be required. Replacement of trees that have been removed due to damage will also be required. An application is attached along w/ tree contractors who are licensed within the Village.
