MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING

Mayor Ceriello led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
A Motion to Open the Public Meeting was made by Mayor Ceriello, Seconded by Deputy Mayor D’Angelo and called to order at 7:39 pm.
MINUTES
A motion to approve the minutes for the October 13, 2021 Board of Trustees meeting was made by Mayor Ceriello, Seconded by Trustee Im and approved by all.
FINANCIAL REPORT
Mayor D’Angelo reported this month’s underlined expenses were to John McGowan and Sons for the road repairs project and Salerno Insurance Brokerage for the Village’s yearly insurance renewal. Deputy Mayor D’Angelo also indicated that the building permits fees are running ahead of budget for the current fiscal year.
PUBLIC SAFETY REPORT
POLICE REPORT: The Police Report for October 2021 was presented by Trustee Williams, stating 5 Auto Accidents, no Burglary-Residence, no Burglary-Business, no Robberies, one Larceny-Auto incident, one Larceny (other than auto), no Criminal Mischief incidents and a total of 8 summonses (7 Movers and 1 Parkers).
JUSTICE REPORT: The Monthly Justice Report for October 2021 was presented by Trustee Williams with total fines assessed in the amount of $3,480.
BUILDING REPORT: The Building Report was presented by Trustee Williams, stating that between June 1, 2021 and, November 4, 2021, a total of 88 permits have been issued totaling $139,745.00 in Building Permit Fees.
NEW BUSINESS
LIGHT THE NIGHT
Mayor Ceriello announced that Light the Night will take place on December 5, 2021 at 5 PM. The Village will assist the Munsey Park Woman’s Club by selling lighting kits at Village Hall and coordinating the tree lighting event that will take place on the same night.
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICES TO BE FILLED AND THE TERMS THEREOF, THE POLLING PLACE AND THE HOURS OF POLLS
Mayor Ceriello read the following resolution:
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICES TO BE FILLED AND THE TERMS THEREOF, THE POLLING PLACE AND THE HOURS OF POLLS
Mayor Ceriello offered the following resolution and moved for its adoption:
WHEREAS, the next General Election for Village Justice and two Trustees each for a 2 year term for the Incorporated Village of Munsey Park, will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 and
WHEREAS, Section 15-104 (3) (b) of the Election Law of the State of New York states that the Village Board of Trustees must designate by Resolution the polling place in each election district, and the hours during which polls are open;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the one (1) polling place in the Village of Munsey Park will be in the Village Hall, 1777 Northern Boulevard, Manhasset, New York 11030; and
2. Polls will be open for the General Village Election to be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, between the hours of 12 noon and 9:00 pm.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is authorized to publish a Notice stating that the polling place and the hours the polls will be open at least sixty (60) days prior to the General Village Election.
Trustee Williams made a motion to adopt said resolution, seconded by Trustee LiCalzi and approved as follows:

NEW BUSINESS
APPLICATION - FENCE AT 345 KENSETT ROAD REAR YARD (MOLINARO)
Mayor Ceriello made a motion to approve the installation of the fence as presented to the Board of Trustees at 345 Kensett Road (Port Washington Boulevard property line ONLY), seconded by Trustee Williams and approved as follows:

APPROVE AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE JUSTICE COURT
Mayor Ceriello made a motion to approve the presented audited financial statements for the Munsey Park Village’s Justice Court as of May 31, 2020, seconded by Trustee Williams and approved as follows:
